Enterprise Account Executive

During this introductory meeting, we will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle and the role you are applying for. 

We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying to Gradle as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if Gradle is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

You will be invited to an interview with the Hiring Manager. We will get to know you as a person and professional. We’ll explore your experience, motivation, and working style to understand if there’s a good match with the role and our culture. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will be invited to an interview with a panel of interviewers from the Leadership team. The interview will focus on the specific responsibilities of the role and assess your alignment with our sales process, technical motion, and customer journey. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Based on the interviews, if we believe you are a good match for this role and we are excited about working together, you will have a conversation the CEO. During that conversation, we want to ensure mutual agreement on the expectations of your role and responsibilities as well as ensure any remaining questions are answered.
