Salesforce Developer

During this introductory meeting, we will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Develocity and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if this is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

You will meet with the Hiring Manager. We will walk through your career history and the Salesforce orgs you have worked on, then go deep on one or two projects you built end to end: the business problem, what you built, what went wrong and how you measured success. We will also share what it is like to own the Salesforce platform in a small, highly autonomous team, and you will have time to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to move on to the technical interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

You will meet with the Hiring Manager for a technical interview. We will assess your technical knowledge and experience, and how you approach and solve problems on the Salesforce platform. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move forward to the next step in our hiring process. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Candidates who advance will meet with our COO/CFO and the Hiring Manager. We will share Develocity's direction, how our revenue team works, and how Salesforce and AI fit into how we scale. We will talk about your working style and where you want to grow over the next few years, and there will be time for your questions and next steps.
