Working Student - Business Operations (All Genders)

You will meet with one of our Talent Partners. We will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Develocity and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if this is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

You will meet with the Hiring Manager. We will talk about your studies, your experience so far and what interests you about this role, and we will share how our department works day to day. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move forward to the next step in our hiring process.

You will meet with the to of our Senior Leadership team. We will work through a short practical case together, based on the tasks of this role, for example a supplier questionnaire or a recurring manual task that could be supported with AI. We are interested in how you approach the problem, not in a perfect answer. We will also discuss how many hours per week would fit around your studies. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions.
